Where can one read the Oceans-21 act? I don’t vote for or endorse things when I don’t know what they say…especially since “common sense legislation” is often anything but.
Try searching for it on the Thomas website. You can find any and all bills that have been introduced. http://thomas.loc.gov/ The Bill is HR 21.
